We're looking forward to a great READING year in our Media Center. Our program focus this year is Be Creative @ Your Library. I was honored enough to be a part of the Greenville Public Library's Children's Reading Program this year and had so much fun I thought I'd just bring it right back to school with me and keep it going with our students. Our Library Media Webpage has been updated, so click on the Library link to find our book fair dates, special announcements, and gain a little insight into what we will be doing this year. We still have pictures from last year in the library photo collection! Be sure to check back for more from this year.

We discussed opening back up the Accelerated Reader Store during one of our last PTA meetings, if you are interested in helping, please e-mail me at leabo.t@gmail.com during the summer or lperdue@crenshaw-schools.org during the school year. We'll open the AR store once every three weeks...so we'll need volunteers to help out a few hours during the day!  We'll still have our regular AR Pizza Parties, one right before Christmas break and one at the end of the school year! Check the website for dates as the school year progresses!
